We have the most complete line of Hot Tapping, Line stopping, Valve inserting and Repair Clamps equipment available. Much our propriety machinery designed by our engineers and built at manufacturing facilities. Our capabilities assure our customers that we can meet virtually every possible pressure, temperature and size application.
Hot Tap Machine Features
Our models are all able to cut through pipe wall thicknesses of 3 inches mild steel and can operate up to 1470 PSI (100 bar). They are outfitted with powered cutting feeds that are proportional to the RPM of the spindle and rapid travel.
Additionally, our unique measuring system - a scale along the body of each hot tapping machine will show the travel of the spindle. Unsafe protruding measuring rods are eliminated, which also reduce excavation around the machine for horizontal applications.
Materials such as API GR B, API 5L X80, stainless steel and concrete are all within the cutting capacity of our hot tapping machines.
Flow Through Plugs and LOR’s can be installed from taps made with our machines.
If your application does not conform to standard machines, a design to your specific requirements can be created.

Meets NACE Standard and CE, sulfide stress cracking resistant metallic material for oilfield equipment. Maximum working pressure is 1,480 psi (100 bar) at 100°F (38°C). Operating temperatures are -20°F (-29°C) to 700°F (371°C) at 700 psi (48 bar) for intermittent service. Maximum continuous rating is 350°F (177°C) at 1,025 psi (70 bar). For special requirements, such as higher pressure or temperature, consult the factory.

Hydraulic Power Units

The specially designed hydraulic power units have air cooled diesel engines and additional quick releases for auxiliary equipment.
The hydraulic manifolds have quick release couplings: 1” for drilling and 1/2” for auxiliary equipment.
The units are surrounded by a protective frame that protects the unit from accidental knocks and ensures minimum maintenance and are designed to fit inside most vans.
