Best Cost/ Benefit Ratio: A simple solution to flange spreading. This mechanical flange spreader only requires an access gap of 6 mm and produces a spreading force of 9 tons (90 kN).

Outstanding Feature: At 5.5 kg (12.13 lb) the SW9TM is lightest of the spreading wedges is mechanically operated by a calibrated torque wrench to prevent operation of tool beyond design limits.

The forged steel jaws are designed to support the full 8 tons of tool capacity on every step as long as each that step is fully inserted.

Most Powerful and Flexible Design: Portable, robust and lightweight flange spreader generates 15.5 tons (155 kN) of spreading force from 10,000 psi (700 bar) of hydraulic pressure. The Equalizer™ unique interlocking first step enhances safety giving secure holding from a small 6 mm access gap.

The SW15TE uses an external hand pump to generate 15.5 tons of spreading force. The Maxi Kit uses two wedges and a customized dual port hand pump to produce 31 tons of spreading force in a safe and controlled manner.

Every pump has a sealed reservoir and includes pressure gauges for each spreader allowing the operator to always be aware of the pressure on each side and when there is a need to isolate one side.

Two flange spreaders are operated simultaneously by a dual port hyudraulic hand pump designed specifialy for this task.  The pump includes dual pressure gauges allowing the operator to always be aware of the pressure on each side should their be a need to isolate either side.

This portable, robust, lightweight flange spreader is aimed at providing a cost-effective, general purpose tool for use in routine flange maintenance operations where a higher rated spreading force is not required.

The MG7TM Mini-Gap Flange Spreader can be used during commissioning, construction, routine maintenance, shutdowns/outages, and testing or valve change-outs.

The Mini-Gap Flange Spreader has  reversible legs, double angled wedge, and requires access gap of only 2 mm.
