Hydraulic Nut Splitting Tools

Remove Nuts In Seconds!

< back to PRODUCTS main page

Rusted Stuck? Rounded Flats?

Too many nuts and not enough time?

Nut Splitters save your hydraulic precision wrenches from unnecessary wear, save flanges from costly damage, save personnel from injuries, and save your bottom line from excess time on jobs.

Most Nut Splitters can be used by one or two field technicians. Smaller sizes can be operated with a hand pump.
Enerteq offers two lines of Nut Splitters, the NS Line and the AS Line.

Looking for a RENTAL alternative? See our solutions for Turnarounds and Major Maintenance Projects here...

The NS Line has been specifically designed for removal of nuts from flange joints. The cutting tips have been observed  to cut 100 heavy nuts without failing. The cover of the business area helps to align the cutting tip and the nut, plus adds protection from flying particles.

The NS Line has External (TE) and Integral (TI) hydraulic power options all functioning at 10,000 psi maximum.

The Integral (TI) NS Splitters are ideal for working at heights or subsea applications. No need for hoses, separate hand-pumps or couplings.

Three sizes from small to very large nut splitters

The AS Line is available comes in Straight and Angle Head models. The Angle Head model allows for cutting nuts that are on flat surfaces and is ideal in mining operations for Ball Grinder plates.

Nut-Splitter Models available from AS-107 to AS-506

They are cost efficient, one model can cut up to five nut sizes. Designed to fit on most API and ANSI flanges.
